Brief History

The company was established by Erika Kapp & Courtnall Machanick in 2003. Initially, the company serviced the residential market in the northern suburbs of Gauteng, marketing exclusive, high value properties to investors, corporates and other wealthy individuals. During the course of 2006, due to emerging market trends, the company shifted focus from the sale of private residences to marketing new property developments. This shift brought with it a new paradigm of executing business transactions, transforming the company into an on-line business. Moving from strength to strength, the company has built a name in the property industry and supports property developers throughout South Africa with their sales and marketing initiatives.

National Footprint

Our Company has created operational synergy with business partners throughout South Africa, allowing us to utilise a national resource network for sales, marketing, administrative and operational purposes. We have leveraged this capacity with our marketing expertise to conduct large campaigns leading to volume sales. We have recently expanded to the international market, assisting purchasers in the UK, Canada, the USA, the UAE and parts of North and Central Africa.
